This was my first time in France's version of Lowe's. Very impressive! There was a little place inside the entrance where you could get coffee. The big store was laid out much like our stores here. My son and daughter-in-law, shopping for a window AC, got immediate help from employees. The language barrier, initially a problem, was dealt with by their bringing over an employee who spoke English. The store was well lit, very clean - all-in-all, a good experience.

Huge new, modern shop (2018). You find most of the standard offers, mid-price items in majority. Sellers are friendly but rare to find, bring time to wait if you need advice (avoid the busy weekends ). When it comes to orders for items which are not in, or out of stock then things can become tricky: my experience is not good (bathroom renovation stuff). Sellers try to find solutions, but hey, waiting two month and more is not really funny. Will I shop there again? Yes, the other big shops are not really better but if there was an alternative then it would be an easy switch. Stay friendly and smile, these sellers are victims of a mad ordering system. Lets hope they get an upgrade soon.

A big hardware shop but the worst customer service ever. The sales associates are too busy looking at their computer screens and they can't be bothered to answer simple question. We were sent back and forth multiple times between plumbing and bathroom sections with no answers. Never going back there again!

When I was picking my order at place, I was speaking in Polish, guy from store service came to me and asked my that I am ruZZian, I said "no" and he started to saying how tolerant he is and that he likes ruZZians. I told him that he would changed his mind if ruZZians would drop thermobaric bombs on his city of Grenoble just like they are doing it right now on Ukraine. He was very unhappy with my response and didn't helped me and leave. No words, last time I bought something in that shop. I prefer to go to Castorama.
